These2-3secondcyclesimitateyourbaby'snaturalsucklingpattern andallowthemilktoflowbetweenstrokes.  8) Milkshouldbegintoflowafterthefirstfewstrokes. Don'tworryif yourmilkdoesnotflowimmediately. Relaxandcontinuepumping.   Donotcontinuepumpingformorethan5minutesatatimeif NOresultisachieved. Tryexpressingatanothertimeduringtheday.

Milkcanonly bekeptlikethisforamaximumof48hours(fromfirstexpression) afterwhichitmustbeusedimmediatelyorfrozenforfutureuse. · Forproductsotherthanbreastmilkmakefeedsupfreshwhen needed, followingthemanufacturer'sinstructions.
